Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pk63", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the pk63 gaming platform, operated under international gaming standards and accessible at pk63.bio.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pk63 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created following successful completion of the pk63 registration process.
• "Platform" — refers to the pk63 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated gaming, betting, payment, and support services.
• "Funds" — refers to any PKR balance held in a player's pk63 account wallet, whether deposited by the player or credited as bonus funds.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to deposited PKR funds that have been cleared for withdrawal, excluding any bonus funds still subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a player's account pursuant to a pk63 promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum total amount a player must wager using bonus funds before those funds, or winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the pk63 Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or pk63 policy.

Eligibility & Account Registration

Access to and use of the pk63 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. pk63 strictly enforces this age limit and will request government-issued identity documentation to verify age where required.
• You must be the registered account holder and must not open or use an account on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or corporate entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a current or former pk63 employee, contractor, director, or a family member of such a person, for the purposes of participating in real-money gaming or claiming bonuses.
• You must not be located in or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of placing any bet or conducting any transaction.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all eligibility conditions stated above are satisfied, and that you are not accessing pk63 in violation of any applicable law or regulation of your jurisdiction.

Account Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk63 account credentials, including your login details and any OTP or two-step verification codes associated with your account. pk63 will not be liable for any losses, unauthorised transactions, or account compromises arising from your failure to maintain account security.

You must notify pk63's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspicious activity within, your account. pk63 will investigate all such reports and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account while the investigation is conducted.

• You may hold only one registered account on the pk63 platform at any time. Duplicate accounts detected by pk63's systems will be suspended and any associated funds may be forfeited.
• You must not share, sell, transfer, or assign your pk63 account or any associated funds to any other person under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you, except where pk63 is demonstrably at fault.
• You must keep your registered contact information, including your Pakistani mobile number and email address, up to date at all times. pk63 will use these details for account communications, OTP verification, and withdrawal processing.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pk63 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk63 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and USDT cryptocurrency.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pk63 wallet promptly upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. pk63 does not impose a deposit fee on any supported payment method. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players are processed within the following indicative timeframes:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals: typically processed within a few hours of request approval.
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan): typically processed within one to two business days of request approval.
• USDT withdrawals: processed subject to network confirmation times applicable to the relevant blockchain.

pk63 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by pk63's risk and compliance systems. During such reviews, pk63 may request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before releasing funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

pk63 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sports betting free bets. The availability, value, and specific terms of each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active.

The following general conditions apply to all pk63 bonus offers unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for the relevant promotion. Bonus funds and associated pending winnings will expire and be forfeited if wagering requirements are not completed within this period.
• pk63 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to the fulfilment of wagering requirements, and at what contribution percentage. Game contribution rates are published in the promotion-specific terms.
• Where a player requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, pk63 will remove the bonus and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds, and process the withdrawal of the remaining real money balance.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging bets, low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — is prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account review.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pk63 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting market. These rules are accessible within the game interface or betting market at the point of wagering. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game or market rules.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by pk63's systems, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player, except where pk63 expressly provides a cash-out or edit-bet facility for the relevant market.
• pk63 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest pricing error, technical fault, or data feed failure. Where a bet is voided by pk63, the stake will be returned to the player's account without delay.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, pk63's resolution will be based on the official result published by the relevant governing body. For cricket markets, this is the result as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL fixtures.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG used by pk63's casino providers is audited to internationally recognised standards. pk63 publishes return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all casino games. These percentages represent the expected long-term statistical return and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
• Winnings on progressive jackpot games are subject to the jackpot rules of the specific game provider and may be paid in instalments for very large amounts.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk63 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether directly or through a third party, for any purpose including bonus abuse.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without genuine human decision-making.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between pk63 and other platforms, or using bonus funds in a hedged manner that removes genuine gaming risk.
• Money Laundering: Using pk63 deposits and withdrawals as a mechanism to conceal, convert, or transfer the proceeds of criminal activity. pk63 is required by its compliance obligations to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the pk63 platform, its servers, or its data feeds.

Responsible Gaming

pk63 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, pk63 provides a range of tools and resources to help players regain control.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pk63 account holders directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that cap the amount you can deposit within a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session time reminders and hard limits that log you out of the Platform after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 30 days, during which you cannot deposit or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: A longer-term account closure of between 6 months and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion. Once self-exclusion is activated, pk63 will not reopen the account before the selected period has elapsed, regardless of any request to do so.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pk63 Platform, including but not limited to the pk63 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data feeds, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of pk63 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk63 Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pk63 content without prior written authorisation.
• Use pk63 branding, trademarks, or trade dress in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by pk63 without express written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the pk63 Platform on any other website or digital property.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the pk63 Platform for any commercial purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk63's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming or betting activity, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk63 shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses resulting from interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by factors outside pk63's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, third-party payment provider delays, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security or from access by unauthorised third parties where that access resulted from the player's own negligence.
• Any decisions, financial or otherwise, made by a player in connection with their use of the Platform, including the decision to gamble or the size of any wager placed.

Privacy & Data

pk63 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms. By registering a pk63 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk63 will not sell your personal data to third parties. pk63 may share data with trusted third-party service providers — including payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention systems — solely to the extent necessary to provide the Platform's services. All such third parties are contractually obligated to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

Amendments & Termination

pk63 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, pk63 will notify registered players via email or a prominent in-platform notice prior to the amended terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

pk63 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• pk63 is required to do so by a regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation.
• pk63 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on your account.
• You have requested account closure or self-exclusion through pk63's responsible gaming tools.

Upon termination of your account for reasons attributable to pk63 rather than a breach on your part, any verified real money balance remaining in your account wallet will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds are non-returnable upon account closure in all circumstances.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and pk63 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
